Determination of Pb in Tobacco by Graphite Furnace-Atom Absorption Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion
-
Abstract
Tobacco powder was digested in HNO3-H2O2 under microwave radiation, and then determined by GF-AAS with deducted background automatically Zeeman and took NH4H2PO4 as an improver. The limit of detection for Pb was 0.28 μg/L,and its recovery was from 92.0% to 102.0% with RSD of less than 3.0%.The method is convenient and rapid and suitable for the analysis of Pb in batches of tobacco samples.
