Improvement of Control System in BO Cigarette Packing Machine

The aged elements,unopen program and troublesome maintenance of original control system in BO cigarette packing machine resulted in high malfunction rate and low production efficiency.The improved control system uses embedded PC as a master controller to fulfill the tasks of control,management,and display in the packing machine.The controller is composed of power supply module,CPU module and lightbus interface module.The system configurates and programs via TwinCAT software,including a main program and 45 function blocks.Three improved servo systems(left and right foil reel servo systems and discharge belt servo system) adopt synchronic permanent-magnetic motors and servo controllers,which feature high precision,good stability and fast responsibility.
