Application of Factor Screening Experiment in Processing Quality Evaluation of Loosening,Conditioning,Screening and Casing Processes

For applying factor screening in processing quality evaluation,the experiment was carried out in loosening,conditioning,screening and casing processes.The results showed that:1) within the tested range,the parameters related to quality of lamina pad and smoking quality in order of significance of correlation were working steam pressure of conditioner> steam valve opening of conditioner> working steam pressure of casing cylinder> rotation speed of conditioning cylinder;2) the number of parameters affecting loosening,conditioning,screening and casing processes was reduced from 11 to 4,and the test was simplified effectively.
