Determination of Ammonia in Tobacco with Continuous Flow Analyzer

  • Ammonia in tobacco was determined with continuous flow analyzer,and the optimal conditions for online dialysis were wavelength of 660 nm and the optical path length of flow cell of 50 mm.Under such conditions,the recovery was 96.5%-106.5%,and CV was below 6%.It indicated that this method was suitable for the determination of ammonia in tobacco.
