Improvement of Case Opening Operation of Case Unpacking Robot

Abstract
To prevent the strips from spilling about during case opening by case unpacking robot, the case opening operation was improved where the case was opened in a horizontally inclined way and a new type of tipping mechanism was adopted. The clamping force of the robot was controlled by AC servo technology in the process of case removing to ensure that the case was clear of strips. The failure rate of case removing and tobacco waste reduced, and the working environment of operators was improved.
