SIMCA Modeling Based on FT-NIR Analysis Technology and its Application in Quality Monitoringin Cigarette Blending Process

  • Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional quality control in ci8garette blending process focusedmainly on physical quality monitoring, the processmonitoring of cigarette blending based on FT-NIR analysis technology, the method of SIMCA statistical modeling and the basic priniple of multivariate statistical process control(MSPC) was discussed. The results showed that:cigarette blending process control and furtyher, monitoring the uniform ity and stability of general characteristics of blending blocks implemented with multivariatie statistical process through establishing SIMCA process modelwas simple, practical and ease of operation.
