Linking of ZJ17 Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination and B1 Cigarette Packing Line

For linking B1 cigarette packing line and ZJ17 cigarette making and tipping machine combination,taking YF12 cigarette conveying system as a reference,a cigarette handling system was developed on the basis of NF tray unloader.A cigarette conveying belt was added in the space under the cigarette output belt in NF tray unloader and flanked on electric control cabinet,which was used as a main cigarette conveying passage.The said output belt was used as an assistant belt for cigarette offsetting,which connected to the main conveying passage via a cigarette confluence mechanism.By tray loading or unloading,the harmonization of cigarette handling between ZJ17 machine combination and B1 packing line was ensured.Meanwhile,PLC and AC frequency conversion speed control were incorporated in the system,a touch screen was also added.The system ran steadily and featured low failure rate and convenient operation,and the production cost was reduced.
