Solution to Flameout of Oil-fueled Incinerator in CO2 Expanded Tobacco Line

  • The flame out of oil-fueled incinerator in CO2 expanded tobacco line deteriorated its working stability.By analyzing the conditions of combustion and causes of failure, the flame out was attributed to that oil and air were out of proportion, oil was not well atomized at nozzle and ill burning status existed at combustion zone. The incinerator was improved as following:1) improving the differential pressure regulating valve to obtain proper proportion of oil to air;2) machining an oil groove on the copper washer at the front end of oil nozzle as a secondary ignitor to stabilize oil combustion. The problem of flame out was effectively resolved, and the working status and combustion stability of the incinerator were improved accordingly.
