Improving Flexibility of Cut Tobacco Storing Room

The one-to-one connection between a group of silos and pneumatic feeder in cut tobacco storing room was unable to link silo and pneumatic feeder freely,the silo could not be emptied timely,and the efficiency of cut tobacco processing was negatively affected.Therefore,the storing room was upgraded by adopting flexible cut tobacco supply systems and tail tobacco silos.The upgraded system enabled any silo to supply any pneumatic feeder to achieve greater flexibility of tobacco supplying and higher silo utilization.Furthermore,the flexible supply system could be disposed freely according to the number of feeder and room area,the number of tail tobacco silo was dependent on production requirement.
