Determination of Citric Acid and Malic Acid in Tobacco with Flow Analyzer

  • Citric and malic acids in tobacco sample were determined with a flow analyzer.The results showed that the recoveries of the two acids were from 97.5% to 104.5% and 97.5% to 101.3% with 2.64% and 1.09% of RSDs,respectively.The method was suitable to determination of citric and malic acids in tobacco.
