Application of Frequency Converter Pump in Air Conditioning System of Cigarette Factory

The air conditioning system in the cigarette factory was analyzed,some problems were found,such as large air volume with small temperature difference,hydraulic disorder,too many bypass pipes connected to refrigerator,which resulted in serious waste of electricity by water system.The water valve was replaced by a frequency converter pump,and a pump added in the place where pressure head was not high enough,the flow rate of the system was regulated by adjusting the rotation speed of the pump to save energy.By taking Longyan Cigarette Factory as an example,the power consumed by the motor under two different conditions(frequency converter pump and regulating valve) was calculated,the results showed that frequency converter pump consumed less energy and improved system's stability.
