Effects of Air Temperature and Humidity on Loosening and Conditioning of Strips

  • By analyzing the correlation between equipment parameters,air parameters and processing quality,the effects of air parameters on loosening and conditioning of strips were studied with factorial discriminant analysis,and the controlling method of improving loosening and conditioning quality of strips was discussed.The results showed that:1)the temperature and humidity of air significantly affected the temperature,moisture content,loosening,and smoking quality of processed tobacco leaves;2)taking the temperature and humidity of input air as main control factors,the response time of controlling could be shortened and the difference of processing condition between facilities equipped with different machinery be eliminated.And it was also beneficial to adopting preferable process conditions according to the quality characteristics of raw materials.
