Application of Industrial Weighing System in Flavor Kitchen

  • The makeup of flavor kitchen and the working principle of industrial weighing system were introduced.Taking OIML R76 international metrological regulation of weighing apparatus as a standard and the relative error of casing weighing below 0.9% as control target,the capacity of flavor material tank and inter-mediate metering tank was analyzed and calculated,their acceptable spans of measurement were 600 kg and 150 kg,respectively.Meanwhile,the operational procedure of the weighing system was designed according to the maximum volume of each liquid casing material to be stored in the tank and the minimum output in a single batch to be weighed.The industrial weighing system ensured the blend precision of minor ingredient in flavor formulation.
