Optimization of Processing Parameters in Stem Dipping by Orthogonal Experiment

  • In order to improve the effectiveness of stem pretreatment,the optimal processing parameters of stem dipping were determined with orthogonal experiment.The results of extreme difference and variance analyses and actual production showed the following optimal parameters:the working frequency of dipping machine driving motor,23 Hz(dipping for 55 s),water temperature,50℃;stem storing time 4 hours.
