Evaluation and Control of Casing Uniformity in Primary Processing

In order to quantitatively study the casing uniformity in primary processing,ethyl maltol was added in casing and separated by simultaneous distillation extraction and then analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring mode,and an analysis method featuring high recovery and good repeatability was developed and applied to the study of casing uniformity before and after casing system modification by using ethyl maltol as indicator.The results showed that the system's uniformity improved obviously,the standard deviation of test data declined from 26.821 to 15.020 and casing precision increased by 44%.The standard deviation of test data was 14.428 in factory tests.
