Improvement of Liquid and Powder Blending System in Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet Processing Line

  • The electronic liquid material weighing unit in liquid and powder blending system in the conventional reconstituted tobacco sheet processing line adopted a vertical screw,where the liquid material hopper is hard to be tightly sealed,and liquid leak resulted in moisture content fluctuation after blending.The liquid leak was completely avoided by replacing the vertical screw with a horizontal one,the blending precision deviation reduced from 1% to 0.5%.
