Software of AC Servo Drive System Based on Motion Status of Cigarette Making and Tipping Machine Combination

In order to improve the stability of AC servo drive system in cigarette making and tipping machine combination,a software design method based on the motion status of the combination was proposed.The relation between each motion status of the combination was determined based on the function required by the combination and the characteristics of AC servo system.The motion status of the combination shifted according to the specified path and rule,it was exclusive and definite at any moment,thus,the stability of the system was ensured.The AC servo system based on this method has bean applied to filter cigarette makers MK9/MAX-S,ZJ15-XG and ZJ19-XG,all of them run stably and reliably.The abrupt machine stop resulted from unidentified causes or running in the absence of order is avoided effectively.
