In order to ensure a perfect embossing effect, the keys to the setting of the steel roller pair for foil embossing was outlined as following:through a fine positioning after a coarse one, to set the top and bottom embossing rollers accurately parallel to each other, then adjusting the embossing pressure, finally adjusting the position of the embossed image or logos on the foil. Guided by the outlined keys, the installation could be finished rapidly and conveniently, and the time for setting reduced from 2 days to a half day.
