Comprehensive Assessment of Tobacco Cutter Performance with Fuzzy Stratification Analysis

  • A model for assessing comprehensive performance of tobacco cutter was established with stratification analysis.The performances of tobacco cutters type SQ315B and SQ317B were studied,every performance index was assessed with two-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment method.The results showed that overall index of these two cutters were "good",however,individually,each index of SQ317B was better than that of SQ315B,which indicated that the capacity of SQ317B cutter was the largest in series SQ31 cutters.Stratification analysis and fuzzy comprehensive assessment provide a more scientifical way for cigarette factory in tobacco cutter selection.
