Evaluation of Control Mode Based on Input Air Temperature and Humidity in Ordering Cylinder

  • The dynamic and static characteristics of an ordering cylinder control system based on the temperature and humidity of input air were analyzed and evaluated by step response curve and gradient regulation,and its actual performance was verified.The results showed that the system featured fast control response and favorable regulation ability.Comparing with the control mode based on circulation air temperature,the new system improved the stability of processing quality of tobacco leaves significantly,the temperature and moisture content deviations of output tobacco leaves reduced from 0.87℃ to 0.55℃ and 0.54% to 0.47%,respectively.
