Development and Application of High-speed Filter Rod Receiver

With the receiving capacity of 1000 filter rods per minute,traditional filter rod receiver can only match a filter cigarette making machine with a capacity up to 8000 cigarettes per minute.The capacity of a domestic filter rod shooter is up to 1800 filter rods per minute and the speed of a ZJ112 cigarette making machine is up to 10000 cigarettes per minute.The high speed shooter has to slow down to match the receiver's capacity,and the efficiency of the cigarette making machine is affected.Therefore,a high-speed filter rod receiver with receiving capacity of 2000 filter rods per minute was developed by improving the arrangement of accelerator and decelerator disc,the horizontal transferring device and electric control and the addition of a filter rod speed controller.The results of practical application indicated that the receiving capacity of the receiver reached 2000 filter rods per minute and the shooter worked at a full speed of 1800 filter rods per minute,the supply of filter rod to ZJ112 cigarette making machine was completely satisfied.Comparing with the original receiver,the high-speed receiver features more stable running,better filter rod quality,more convenient in maintenance,advanced and reliable electric system and higher machine efficiency.
