Determination of Test Error of On-line Infrared Temperature Meter in Tobacco Primary Processing Line

  • In order to improve the measurement precision of IRTM in tobacco primary processing line to meet the requirements of materiel temperature control,the on-line IRTM was checked by a hand-held IRTM with precision of 1.0℃.The on-line IRTM was calibrated on the basis of measurement data by Grubbs criterion to eliminate the gross errors caused by manual operation and accurately calculating systematic errors.The test results showed that the resulted meter error conformed to normal distribution.The probability of error falling in the range of ±1.0℃ was over 95%.
