Determination of Acetamiprid and Imidacloprid Residues in Tobacco by UPLC-MS/MS

  • The residues of acetamiprid and imidacloprid in 31 tobacco samples were determined.The tobacco sample was extracted with acetic acid-acetonitrile,then cleaned up with matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction,and detected by UPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that:1) The limits of detection were 0.01mg/kg for both pesticides,the average recoveries of acetamiprid and imidacloprid were in the range of 91.6% to 102.5% and 90.1% to 102.1% with the relative standard deviations of 3.59% to 4.52% and 3.85% to 4.47%,respectively.2) The detection rates of acetamiprid and imidacloprid residues were about one fifth and one fourth in 31 tobacco samples,the detected levels ranged from 15.5 to 243.1μg/kg and from 22.4 to 179.5μg/kg,respectively.
