Abstract
A method for simultaneous and rapid determination of the residues of Propanil,Rimsulfuron and Quizalofop-p-ethyl in tobacco soil was developed,in which samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by solid phase extraction with a Florisil cartridge and determined by gas chromatography.Ten soil samples from Chenzhou were tested. The results showed that the recoveries of the three herbicides ranged from 77.13% to 105.64% with the relative standard deviations from 5.50% to 10.54% at the limit of detection of 0.01 mg/kg.The detection rates of Propanil,Rimsulfuron and Quizalofop-p-ethyl were 30%,30% and 50%,respectively;and Rimsulfuron and Quizalofop-p-ethyl were detectable in one sample. The residues of the three herbicides in the samples were in the range of 0.027 to 0.433 mg/kg.
