Improvement of Driven Pulley of Transfer Assembly in YF172 Filter Rod Curing and Storing Conveyor

The transfer assembly in YF172 filter rod curing and storing conveyor is an adjustable cantilever structure,wherein deviated belt running and disorder of the transferred filter rods may happen.The driven pulley in the assembly was replaced by a unilateral regulation mechanism,by opening a glass door,the operator can access to and adjust the axis of driven wheel to a position perpendicular to the center line of the conveying belt.After improvement,installation and setting time shortened from 2 to 1.5 hours,the number of the belt running away from its normal path decreased from 2 times a week to once a month,and filter rod conveying and machine efficiency were improved.
