Design and Application of Batch-based Quality Inspection System in Primary Processing

  • Traditionally,quality inspection is carried out according to the content of task sheet and affiliated to the serial number of the task sheet.The information system designed on the basis of task sheets is unable to perform analyses by brand or by inspection item because a number of brands and inspection items are mixed in one task sheet.A batch-based primary processing inspection flow was designed,wherein the information inquiry,inspection data statistics and analysis were implemented based on individual batch.The results of practical application showed that the system featured simple in operation,reasonable inspection business and clear and explicit report.
