Improvement of Positioning Method for Connecting Lever of Wheel No.2 in YB47 Hard Packer

Usually,for accurately positioning the connecting lever of wheel No.2 in YB47 hard packer,its fine setting has to be made when the packer is going through a trial run,nevertheless,the setting process is troublesome and time-consuming.Therefore,a new fixture set was designed after analyzing the positioning principle and setting procedure applying the new fixture in the setting of 5 YB47 machines proved that the positioning of the connecting lever could be completed without futher setting at trial run,the success rate reached 100%,the average setting time reduced from 120 to 9.2 minutes.
