Improvement of Electric Control System for Defective Cigarette Rejecting and Conveying in B1 Packing Line

  • To solve the problem of short working life of motor and conveying belt caused by idle running in the defective cigarette rejecting and conveying system in B1 packing line,the control circuit was improved.In the original design,the motor was controlled by a delay relay which was triggered by the control signals from the sampling and rejecting valve triggering the coil of delay relay.In the upgraded control system,the rejecting and conveying system was improved by modifying PLC program.After improvement,the efficiency of rejecting and conveying system was increased,and the wear rate of conveying belt,motor damage rate and power consumption was only one seventeenth of the original ones.The working life of conveying belt prolonged from a month to more than a year,maintenance time and frequency were reduced as well.
