Analysis of Measuring Model for Cut Tobacco Blending System

Abstract
To improve the stability of cut tobacco blending system,the index of the system's cumulative measuring accuracy deviation range were quantitatively determined by establishing a measuring model and analysis based on it,and combining with application of a single value-moving limit error control chart,the process for calibrating the measuring device in the system was optimized.Application results showed that the cumulative measuring accuracy δ of the system was less than 0.65%,any system abnormals could be identified intuitively,the measuring device be calibrated timely.The measuring accuracy was kept within the controlled range,and the consistence of intrinsic quality of cigarette was guaranteed.
