Improvement of Tipping and Threshing Equipments

In order to improve the control of tipping proportion,the threshing efficiency and the pneumatic separation efficiency,the conventional tipping and threshing equipments were improved.An intelligent positioning device was used to control the tipping proportion,blowing threshing technology was adopted to improve the threshing efficiency,and separate separation technology was used to improve the separation efficiency of tip portion.The results of experiments showed that:in the case of middle leaf threshing,tipping and threshing raised strip yield and the percentage of large and middle size strips by 0.42 and 2 percentage points, respectively,reduced tobacco breakage by 0.4 percentage points comparing with whole leaf threshing.
