GC/MS Analysis of Volatile Oil from Mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum and its Application in Cigarette

In order to develop a new natural cigarette flavor,the volatile oil from the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum was extracted by SDE,analyzed by GC/MS,and applied into cigarette as a flavor.The results showed that:1) 39 volatile constituents were identified in the oil and the major components were linoleic acid,palmitic acid,linalool,anisic aldehyde,furfural and pyridine;2) the volatile oil could enhance the sweet taste of cigarette smoke and reduce the dryness brought about by smoke harshness.
