Design and Application of Control Strategy for Material Temperature in Cylinder Type Equipments

  • To reduce the temperature fluctuation of output tobacco due to frequent adjustment of circulated hot air temperature,and improve the output material temperature control of cylinder type equipments,an effective method for accurately controlling cylinder temperature was proposed and a cascade PID control system able to directly control output material temperature was established on the presumption that if the circumstance temperature and the total amount of material varied in cylinder within a certain extent,their influences on output material temperature was negligible. The results of application showed that the control precision of output material temperature increased from ±3 to ±1-±2℃.
