Optimization of Pulp Proportioning for Paper-base of Low Grammage Paper-making Process Reconstituted Tobacco

  • By analyzing the fiber properties of pulp,the pulp proportioning of reconstituted tobacco was studied with single factor experiments. The results showed that:comprehensively,the bulk thickness,tensile strength and air permeability of paper-base of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco with the grammage of (30±1) g/m2 would approach their optimal levels when the proportion of tobacco pulp,wood pulp and PCC was 65:20:15 and the ratio of tobacco stem to tobacco dust in tobacco pulp was 7:3.
