Preparation and Application of Tobacco Flavor-enhancing Fraction Based on Static Adsorption of Macroporous Resins
-
Abstract
In order to improve the sensory quality of tobacco concretes, the static adsorption effects of low polar macroporous resins on tobacco concretes were investigated. The results showed that: Comparing with original tobacco concretes, in the concretes treated by AB-8 low polar macroporous resins, 1)the contents of 42 aroma components (mainly low-polar components) increased, while 22 aroma components (mainly polar and low-polar components)decreased; 2)although the number of aroma components decreased from 74 to 64, the content of aroma components increased by 265.69 μ g/g with an increase rate of 137.94%; 3)the contents of heterocyclic compounds, esters and phenols increased by 50.00%, 488.20% and 67.00%, respectively, and their total content was double and over; 4) the sensory evaluation indicated that the flavor-enhancing fraction improved the abundance, fullness and smoothness of smoke obviously. The static adsorption of low polar macroporous resins is applicable to the treatment of tobacco concrete to obtain better tobacco flavor-enhancing fraction.
