Oil leak was a problem of differential gear box for cigarette paper compensating in PROTOS 70 cigarette making machine.By analyzing the working principle and causes of faults of cigarette paper compensating driving mechanism, the solutions were given:adding a pressure reliever and an air breather in the box to release oil vapor.
