Invalid Data Elimination of On-line Moisture Content Testing in Primary Processing Line

The causes responsible for the occurrence of invalid data of tobacco moisture content in processing line were analyzed.In order to increase the data veracity and improve the quality of cigarette, the ineffective data of tobacco moisture content were filtered by distinguish method and trend method depending on where were the infrared moisture meters located (on belt conveyor or weighing belt) in the processing line.
