    Abstract
  • The history, working principle, makeup, advantages of comprehensive two dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC) and its applications in petrochemistry, food and environmental protection were reviewed.The practicability of applying GC×GC/MS in the analysis of chemical constituents in tobacco was also discussed.
