Introduction of the Trinity Mode in Tobacco Production Management

The new type "trinity" management mode, a community wherein the cigarette factory, government, and tobacco company sharing risks and interests, in tobacco production created in Liuyang tobacco growing area of Hunan Province was introduced from four aspects, including founding the association of flue-cured tobacco production, improving the production technology, building up the specialized teams related to tobacco and carrying out scientific and informationized management.
