New Type of Cigarette Pack Missing Detector

The malfunctions of existing 3 kinds of cigarette pack detector in GD cartoner were analyzed, the working principle and characteristics of transmissive electric eddy-current pack detection were introduced.Transmissive electric eddy-current detector determined whether the number of packs collated was correct by monitoring metal content in their packaging material.The solution overcomes the shortcomings of the existing pack detectors and the problem of pack missing in cartoner is prevented.
