Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Tobacco by Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Piezoelectric Bio-mimetic Sensor
-
Abstract
In order to determine the chlorogenic acid (CGA) in tobacco fast and accurately, a molecularly imprinted polymer piezoelectric quartz crystal bulk acoustic wave bio-mimetic sensor using CGA as template molecules was developed on the basis of the sensitive response of piezoelectric quartz crystal and the specific selectivity of molecularly imprinted polymer. The modifying function of coating layer on the response, the imprinting effect and the optimal detecting conditions of the sensor were also discussed. The linear range of the sensor for CGA was from 5.0×10-8 to 1.0×10-4 mol/L.The recovery was from 96.7% to 105.0%, and RSD was 3.7%.The contents of CGA in several tobacco samples were determined by the sensor.
