Isolating and Screening of Fungi Parasited in Eggs of Tobacco Root Knot Nematodes

For control tobacco root-knot nematode more effectively, 150 samples were collected from tobacco fields at 30 cities (or counties) of Yunnan Province with "Z" type or 5 point methods.193 parasitic fungi were obtained by direct dissection from eggs of root-knot nematodes, which include the species of Verticillum chlamydosporium, V.psalliota, Verticillum spp., Paecilomyces lilacinus, Trichoderma spp., Fusarium spp., Phoma spp., Cladosporium spp., Cephaeosporium spp., Aspergillus spp., Penicillium spp., Mucor spp.Among them, Verticillum chlamydosporium and Paecilomyces lilacinus were main parasites.
