Rebuilding of OPC Operating System in GDX2 Packing Machine

The rebuilding GDX2 OPC operating system with domestic elements was realized through analyzing the application layer protocol of GDX2 packing machine and combining WINCC with VC⁺⁺.The protocol analysis, system application and OPC network service were discussed in detail.The rebuilt equipment accommodated itself to the GDX2's existed computer very well.Meanwhile, the OPC communicated with GDX2's computer by ARCNET and transferred data through Ethernet, the status of information island of GDX2 was resolved.
