Regression Analysis of Correlation between Initial Airflow Temperature in Working Section and Operating Parameters of HXD

  • The influence of the initial airflow temperature in working section of HXD on the moisture content of output cut tobacco and other operating parameters in the drying system was tested by changing the processing parameters.Correlation equations between the initial airflow temperature and the moisture content of input cut tobacco, material throughput, technological air volume, and injecting steam flow were obtained by regression analysis of test data.The parameter combination derived from the equations ensured the normal operation of the HXD system, and stabilized the moisture content of output cut tobacco within a short time.
