Analysis of Synchronous Signal and Cigarette Rejection in ZJ19A

Aiming at misrejection of cigarette quality control system in ZJ19A (PASSIM) cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the synchronous signal generator, the generation of gate pulses and time sequential logic relations in cigarette quality control system were introduced.The causes of cigarette misrejection brought about by abnormal synchronous signal were analyzed.
