Effect of Succession Cropping of Flue-cured Tobacco on Soil Nutrients

  • The nutrients in the soils with different years of succession cropping of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed. The results showed that the nutrients in the soil after one to two years succession cropping of flue-cured tobacco differed little from that of normal crops, the contents of total N, available K and organic matter were reduced after three or four years succession cropping, while the contents of total P, alkali-hydrolyzable N, available P and pH value were increased, and the contents of total N and available P were obviously higher. After 4 years of succession cropping, the content of slow-release K was higher.
