Improvement of Heater Temperature Control in YJ19 Cigarette Making Machine

The causes of lower control precision of and longer response time heater temperature control in YJ19 cigarette making machine were analyzed:temperature controller was unable to discern the change of heater's status promptly which delayed quick response. The control process was analyzed theoretically and tested using a forecast method. The control precision of heater temperature was improved and the response time was shortened by forecast-ing the change of transient process.
