Solution for Reducing Over-dried Tobacco during Start and Finish of Drying Operation

An autocontrol device was equipped on the COMAS CEV cylinder dryer to minimize over-dried cut tobacco during start and finish of a drying operation.The over-dried tobacco during start stage was reduced from 10kg to 3kg by automatic piling, during finish stage was reduced from 25kg to 5kg by automatic blowing, and the remained over-dried cut tobacco was processed with automatic online humidification.As a result, the total amount of overdried cut tobacco was reduced from 8kg to 2kg.
