Application of AC Servo-System in ZJ15 Cigarette Making and Filter Assembling Machine Combination

The ZJ15 cigarette making and filter assembling machine combination was improved by AC servo-system. The basic working principle of AC servo-system, the layout, type selection and adjustment were introduced. As a result, the machine's transmission mechanism was simplified greatly, noise was reduced, maintenance cost was decreased, and reliability was increased. It also provided technical reference for the improvement of other domestic cigarette makers.
