Design of Monitor System in 6000kg/h Primary Processing Line of Longyan Cigarette Factory

The functions and makeup of monitor system in primary processing line developed on the basis of IFIX configuration software were introduced. By using client/server mode and Windows in design, the interface of this system was simple, direct, and convenient for operating. By PLC, the data of field equipments were collected, the running status of equipments were monitored, the functions such as manual-control, auto-control and parameter-setting were realized.
