Clearance Setting of Spiral Bevel Gears in Cigarette Maker

A simple and effective method of setting spiral bevel gear was introduced. A series of assembly jigs were designed to take the place of spiral bevel gears and some parts, whereby the thickness of spacers was measured and calculated. Using this method in spiral bevel gears' setting, the noise could be reduced, the vibration be decreased and the precision of transmission be ensured.
